Smooth, sweet, incredibly creamy. This lovely delicate butter is made from the remaining cream of
Parmigiano Reggiano cheese production. Finishing butter for pastas, perfect base for compound butters or just spread on warm bread sprinkled with a hint of sea salt…$8 for 8 oz. is a splurge but so, so worth it.
